It's down to the wire. I've got about a week left before I leave.
Tomorrow, I've got consultations, followed by a couple of classes at
the State Department's Foreign Service Institute. I'll be spending
the weekend doing the final sort and packing my stuff. Then, by
Wednesday, the apartment will be empty. Thursday, I'm back in San
Jose.
It was a difficult year studying Vietnamese. I'm glad it's over. Now,
I just hope I can actually use it and improve upon it! We shall see.
